Thank you for choosing Cole Does Nails for your nail services!
To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, PLEASE take note of my policy:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A £15 non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking, securing your appointment slot. This amount contributes to my commitment to provide fab service and reserve your time exclusively.
48-Hour Notice of Cancellation:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. However, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Late & No-Show Policy
I completely understand that things like traffic or delays can happen, which is why I offer a 15-minute grace period.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a £5 late fee will be added to your appointment. Please just drop me a quick message if you’re running behind so I know you’re still coming.
No Shows:
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.
If you encounter any issues after your treatment, kindly follow the FIX process:
- Please reach out to me first! Detailing the issue, it will help me resolve it much easier
- Requests for a fix 7 days from the original appointment date will be charged. This cost will be discussed prior to booking
