To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, PLEASE take note of my policy:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A ยฃ๐๐ non-refundable deposit will be taken upon booking, securing your appointment slot. This amount contributes to my commitment to provide fab service and reserve your time exclusively. To secure your appointment, a valid debit or credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card details are safely stored and verified through our secure payment processor, but no charge will be made until your appointment has been completed or a cancellation fee applies.
48-Hour Notice of Cancellation:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. However, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hoursโ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost.
Late & No-Show Policy
I completely understand that things like traffic or delays can happen, which is why I offer a 15-minute grace period.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a ยฃ5 late fee will be added to your appointment. Please just drop me a quick message if youโre running behind so I know youโre still coming.
No Shows:
In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.
If you encounter any issues after your treatment, kindly follow the FIX process:
- Please reach out to me first! Detailing the issue, it will help me resolve it much easier
- Requests for a fix 7 days from the original appointment date will be charged. This cost will be discussed prior to booking
